The Graduate Association for Students in Psychology (GrASP) has long served as a student run board dedicated to assisting, advocating, and improving the lives of graduate students in Psychology here at NC State. GrASP is comprised of several volunteer graduate students that offer their time and resources to better the student community. The student run board of GrASP currently maintains ten positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Faculty Liaison, and elected representatives from the 5 Psychology program areas.
The mission of GrASP is to:
- Serve as an organizational entity that plans, organizes and executes students functions for Graduate Students in Psychology
- Sponsor opportunities for academic collaboration and social gatherings
- Provide resources for academic guidance
- Support graduate students in administrative and academic initiatives
